Berala Bears are covered and adhere to a strict Code of Conduct and it is a condition of the Club that all players, coaches, trainers, administrators and supporters alike abide by this Code.
The Berala Bears Executive Committee is empowered to bring before it any individual or group of persons that have acted outside the Code and brought the name of the Club, individuals, groups or the game of Rugby League into disrepute. The Berala Bears Executive is also empowered to invoke various penalties that may range but are not limited to fines, suspension, expulsion or, should it see fit to, hand the matter over to higher authority.
We welcome everyone to our Club that abides by the Code of Conduct and actively helps the club in the many voluntary duties it must perform to remain viable so that we may live up to our mission statement, above.
